Another good gathering...

We had another good gathering for our December meeting when we enjoyed a fine selection of work from members.  Our gallery this month illustrates something of the range.

Contributions in included a set of prints from Darren Leeson in which he expressed his individual viewpoint on aspects of life in Tuscany.  Other work was mainly PDI, however, John Hoath showed a well-balanced, finely crafted hand-made 'concertina' style book with a set of related images themed around rocks and pebbles along a shore.  The projected images were excellent, illustrating the breadth of concepts and interpretations from our group. There was much discussion and lively interest in all the work during an entertaining and informative evening enriched by supportive insights and plentiful good humour.

Our WCC homepage link 'header' image this month is Stewart Bourne's, 'I'm Loosing the Matrix, I'm Loosing The Matrix, I Tell You!'  Here's a larger version to appreciate.

We also enjoyed the seeing the beautiful and emotionally rich images produced by the renowned international photographer Jacqueline Roberts using the wet collodion process in her book 'Nebula'. Follow this link to view more of her work, 'Nebula'
